Any ideas on what could be causing the sync issue between Square and WooCommerce? We migrated the WordPress site from EasyWP with Namecheap to their Shared hosting and that has not resolved the syncing issues.

I did contact NameCheap recently and they suggested installing the Heartbeat Control by WP Rocket plug in but that hasnt made any difference.

I can raise this with NameCheap as we migrated from EasyWP Plugin to their Shared Hosting which was to see if it resolved the syncing issue. Not sure why there is a reference to this particular plugin if we are now using Shared Hosting.

I noticed Square’s debug mode is turned off, in order to get a better idea of the problem we need to see if there are any error messages in the Square logs.WooCommerce > Settings > Square .

Once it’s activated, try manually syncing the products again. This should throw an error in WooCommerce > Status > Log

Ive enabled the Debug mode and this is most recent error log. Ive removed some location information for security reasons.
It appears to be an issue with the payment received. I have confirmed with the owner that they have received the payment via Square. So I have changed the status of the payment transaction which was showing as Pending to Completed. But it still seems to be an issue. Any ideas what I need to change so that this error does not keep repeating everytime there is a scheduled sync?

You can update your WooCommerce and database versions as explained here:
https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-woocommerce/ Storefront temporarily, and then disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Square for WooCommerce? Check again to see if the issue persists after running a sync, if not, it means there is a conflict, and you can then switch back your theme to the original one, and then reactivate the rest of the plugins one by one (checking again after each plugin reactivation), until you find the culprit.

If that does not make a difference, please provide us the error logs in text format. Feel free to redact any sensitive information you would not like to share in public.
