Woocommerce subscriptions not charged

    Hi everybody !

    I had an issue with the Square plugin working with the Woocommerce Subscriptions plugin : when I’m on the checkout page to enter the card number, the checkout button displays “Place order” and not “Suscribe”, and if I place the order, the amount displayed is 0 € during the 3d Secure of the bank, and nothing is captured.

    I have tried with the Stripe payment plugin to check, and it’s working fine.

    Why the Square plugin don’t want to charge the subscription please ?

    Hi,

    May I ask, do you have a valid license of the WooCommerce subscriptions extension? If that is the case, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    We will be glad to help you further there.

    Yes you can ask of course !
    Ah ok you think it’s an issue with the Woocommerce subscriptions plugin, instead of Square ?
