Custom Integration not working

    I am working on a donation page. Where i have coded custom html form. On submit it if newsletter subscription is checked it should subscribe donators email to mailchimp list. But nothing happens.

    Under MC4WP > Other, please set it to “log everything” and then test the integration again. Does anything show up in the log at all?
