Currently there is an error on pages that have the short-code for the plugin. The error is the default “There has been a critical WordPress error on this site.” The plug-in is up to date, as well as WordPress itself. Currently the plug-in is de-activated so the live page can be viewed without error.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @rsanders2k,

Thanks for contacting us. There were a few connections issues the past week or so. We have fixed any bugs from our end. However, you may need to gain a new Facebook or Instagram access token, as our update has caused some access tokens to inadvertently invalidate.

Please make sure to update the Feed Them Social plugin to v4.1.0. Then, again, you may need to reacquire a new FB / IG access token and create a new shortcode feed.

If you are seeing Twitter issues, this is because just a few hours ago, abruptly and without warning, Twitter has suspended our API app feed. We have reached out to Twitter to resolve this, as we have complied with Twitter in every step for well over a decade to always maintain API access. We do not know why our app has been suspended, nor were we given any reason. Again, if your Twitter feed is not displaying, this is the reason. We do apologize for this interruption, and we surely hope that Twitter reinstates our app soon.

    Cheers,

    The SlickRemix Team

We have made an update to address the Fatal Error message. The Twitter Feed is still not working but this will solve the problem if you are also using other feeds other than Twitter.
