Cache issue in my website. I am using ocean wp theme. I have uninstalled many plugins but it still working on front end not any changes. Also, I want to add new elements in the widgets sidebar which show an error message of “json”. I added new pages option in the menu but it not showing on the front-end site.

Please anyone guide my how to resolve the issue.

Also, please provide us with your system environment information. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > OceanWP > OceanWP Panel > System Info: https://i.postimg.cc/0QZrGq46/system-info.png. You can send the information as code here or upload them to http://pastebin.com/ and get an exclusive link.

In this case, also, please get in touch with your host provider team.
Maybe they have a solution we are unaware of, and let us know the result.
