Donor Dashboard not loading

    I’m having an issue, I’ve tried previous, disabling Minify, purging cache, turning off/on SSL, making a new form, but it won’t load. I should mention I switched hosts completely, and added a new CDN/SSL.

    Hi @gratitudeproject,
    Glad you reached out. I know you mentioned you disabled caching at one point, but caching can be found in some surprising places. I’m going to share our caching exclusions with you and some additional tips that should help. We’ll need to make sure caching is squared away before I can move ahead with further troubleshooting.

    Caching is handled differently on various sites and web hosts. This could mean a caching plugin (like W3 Total Cache), or caching could be in a security solution (like Cloudflare or Wordfence). Hosting providers also have settings for caching at the server level, and they can help make adjustments for you there. Most caching solutions have a setting or section for excluding specific URLs or parts of URLs (called “slugs”) from caching. At the very least, you should exclude the following slugs from caching:

    /donations/
    /donation-confirmation/
    /donor-dashboard/
    *any page with a donation form on it

    Also, the following query strings (if your caching solution has a setting for them):
    give-embed=donor-dashboard
    giveDonationFormInIframe=1

    Your host or the caching plugin/solution you are using can help with that. Some of them may require what’s called a “wildcard” like /donations/* to capture all subdirectories under the /donations/ folder.

    One helpful tip: Check in with your hosting provider. Most hosts have caching at the server level, and they will be able to adjust this for you. You can also temporarily disable caching on the site to confirm that the uncached site isn’t showing the problem.

    While fine-tuning cache falls outside the scope of the support we’re able to provide, your success with online donations is our number one priority, and we’re happy to provide any tips. Let me know if you still see issues after implementing the caching exclusions and I can hop in for another look.

    I apologize for the delay in my response as I have been occupied with work. I would like to update you on the status of the issue. I have followed the suggested steps, but unfortunately, the page remains blank. I am uncertain about what else could be done to resolve this problem.

    Additionally, I have disabled Wordfence and W3TC, the website acts like it wants to load the form which displays a infinite spinning blue circle, and the form never loads.

    Please let me know if you have any further suggestions or recommendations to resolve this issue.

    Hi again an update, I have excluded the page from Cloudfare, W3C, Purged all the pages, disabled plugins, and yet still at an infinite loading loop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. https://www.gratitude-project.org/donations/donate/
