Validation or error message is coming after form submit

Hi,
After form submission, first success message came, and after the page reloads with the ID in the link and then the validation error message came for a while and then disappear again.

Everything is working fine except for the validation error message.
There should be no validation message after the form is submitted successfully

Please help me to resolve that.
