    Hello,

    I’m trying to get support, but no answers.

    I have this error :

    I can’t reactivate the plugin without crashing my website. Can someone help me?

    Hi Laure,

    I tried to reply to you several times on your @orange.fr email address, but I get an error from your mail server each time.

    Anyway, can you try this updated version here:

    Hi Ben,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I updated with this version you send but it’s not working.

    I have the same error :

    SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1273 Unknown collation: ” (SQL: select * from wp_wappo_services where wp_wappo_services.deleted_at is null order by sorting asc limit 3)

    And this one too :

    SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1273 Unknown collation: ” (SQL: select * from information_schema.tables where table_schema = ocean_oceanoform2017 and table_name = wp_wappo_migrations)
