Revalidate Users

Hi,

I am changing websites, and wanting to import the users from the old website into the new website, but also revalidate these users.

Is there a way I can present them with a link instead of having them fill in a form, given the system knows who they are, I was hoping to send an email to them saying something like its been awhile and we wanted to make sure you wanted to still receive our content.

This would be sent to the Historic list, and then I would be referencing the new list, so only the people that clicked on the link and signed up to the new list would get the newsletters going forward.

I know I can put a subscription form in, but it kind of seems silly to ask them for their email when I already have their email.
