Hi @matthiasnordwig,
What do you really mean by “blocks my recaptcha plugin”?
Do you have a specific error? Please provide more info so we could better understand the problem.
Thanks.
Thank you for the quick response and sorry for my delay.
In fact it was reported to me by a user of my plugin. I think he reported this to you on his own too. It seems that you solve it already on this way.
I have another question: The same customer reported to me, that my plugin is recognizing submissions as spam as soon as he is using your codesnipped tool. Does the tool any ajax-post-requests on its own?
The point is that my plugin starts working not sooner than a user interaction happens, in order to avoid processing time for meta-crawlers. If the codesnipped tool would do requests on its own (i.e. before any user interaction) it would be recognized as a spam-bot. I would like to avoid that.
Cheers
Hi @matthiasnordwig,
Sorry but I’m not sure I understood you.
It’s very hard to understand the problem only by reading your message… We may need a link to his website and maybe more help.
Please tell your customer to contact us directly through our support channel on our website (if he is a pro user) so we could take a closer look at his setup.
Thank you.
