    Hi Jordy,

    I’ve actually been waiting on this feature! Was wondering if we could have the ability to go through each conversation and place a thumbs up next to good answers and thumbs down next to bad answers, then that feedback somehow continuously trains that selected model?

    An even better feature upgrade would be the ability to put a thumbs down next to a bad answer, then have the ability to type in the correct response that then updates that existing model somehow. Just my 2 cents.

    Hi @swyph,

    In my todo list, I have already something like this, but I was thinking of giving that chance to the visitors instead. Then, on the admin side, you would see that, and refine the AI.

    However, the AI can’t reply improve depending on the thumbs up/thumbs down, it doesn’t refine this way (would be too good to be true). You can only reuse this data in a way or another to make it better, but it depends on basically how you do everything.
