There are quite a lot of plugins used.
Could you try to deactivate one by one except Gutenverse, and see if one of it causing conflict?

we disabled all plugins but it didn’t work.
Are there any problems with the “Advanced Custom Fields Pro” plugin?

Regarding the issue :
1. Do you create your own theme or using a child theme?
2. Is there any cache related settings you used? from plugins or server. Try checking it and see if there is setting that cause the issue
3. Try deactivate Gutenverse, and create a page with WordPress default blocks. Then see if the issue still persist or not.
