Customer Service

Is there a way to use this like a customer service agent? Have a chat box link at the bottom and when people open it, they can ask questions and the AI will find relevant articles on the website and send it to the user while also giving them information based on the articles?

I searched the forum and reviews for customer support, but it just shows me everything because support is part of the wordpress.org plugin URL.
