    Hi,

I am using the Advanced ads pro plugin. The ads are showing but in the google adsense account I am seeing the below warning

´Earnings at risk – You need to fix some ads.txt file issues to avoid severe impact to your revenue.´

I checked the advanced ads =>settings=> general the ads.txt file is automatically added.

I am new to wordpress and adsense, I am not sure what I need to do to fix this issue. Please help me to fix the issue.

    Hi kaviyaayyappan,

Thanks for opening this thread. I noticed that you also contacted us via our support channel and replied to your email.

In case other users also have this problem, I would like to briefly explain the background of the warning.

Your ads.txt file looks fine and is accessible. There are two typical reasons why you still see the notification in your backend:

    • Your ads.txt file is new, and the Google bot still has not crawled the file. In this case, you only need to wait for the Google bot until the notification will disappear from your account.
    • Your AdSense account is connected with multiple websites, and the ads.txt file is missing on a domain other than the one you refer to. In this case, I recommend adding an ads.txt to those websites where it is missing. Advanced Ads imports all notifications from your AdSense account and does not sort them by affected domain.

You can check the websites connected with your AdSense account in AdSense > Websites. There, you will also see which domains are missing the ads.txt file.

We provide more information in our ads.txt manual.

    Best regards,

    Joachim
