Multiple Orders with Same Sequence Order Number

    Hi Team,

    Same sequence order number created for multiple order id. This happened third time for now. We use litespeed cache and how can we resolve this issue without happening.

    We had the same issue with two orders. put a safety guard in our program that sends the orders to our production, but it would be nice to know how to prevent this

    We understand your concern and since there is a duplication check within the plugin it is less possible to have the order number duplication issue. Kindly make sure that you are using the latest version of our plugin. However, there is a chance that can occur during high traffic on the site and it depends on your system performance. Normal testing does not cause any issues, or are you facing the issue on every single condition?
