How to unlock Order Delivery Date selected by Customer (Checkout Page)

    Hi, I’m looking to unlock the feature “Order Delivery Date selected by Customer (Checkout Page) from the dropdowns but am unsure if the premium version of the Order Splitter plugin needs to be purchased on its own or in addition to the other plugins show in the tab (WooCommerce Subscriptions, Order Delivery Date, and Schedule Delivery for WooCommerce). I already have other plugins installed that handle some of the functionality these plugins offer. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference below:
