Which is the exact chart in question where you don’t see tooltips? Can you share a screenshot of it?
Thank you for your reply, we’ve had to rollback to Version 3.7.2 on our production site to fix this issue.
Here is a link to our staging site, the only difference is the Visualizer plugin has been updated to the latest version so you can see the issue: https://dev.pdc.org/risk-and-vulnerability/

I tried to replicate this on my test instance, but the tooltips are displayed as expected with the latest version – screenshot, so it doesn’t seem to be a general issue with the plugin. Please go to the chart settings -> General Settings -> Tooltip and make sure that the “The tooltip will be displayed when the user hovers over an element” option is selected.

In your screencast, I can see that tooltip is working in the backend. It means something is blocking the tooltip to appear on the frontend.
We couldn’t replicate this issue, and no other user reported the same kind of behavior with the latest version, so it seems like a plugin conflict issue on your domain.
Please attempt to disable all plugins except Visualizer. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
Let me know how it goes.
Hi, I’ve disabled all plugins and tested but the latest version still displays no Tooltips on hover while version 3.7.2 works as it should.

I’ve checked the link you shared and I can see the tooltip on the geo chart – https://vertis.d.pr/i/0ozzFj. Is the problem solved or you rolled the plugin back in the meantime?

Hi Stefan, that geo chart isn’t from the Visualizer plugin, any of the bar charts on the page would be what we’re looking at.
And that geo chart plugin is disabled on dev.pdc.org (see full url above), so please ensure you didn’t open the link to test.pdc.org that has all the plugins still enabled and v. 3.7.2 of Visualizer (last version where tooltips work for us).

I’ve just checked his URL dev.pdc.org and I don’t see any chart created with Visualizer on the page. Did you change something in the meantime, or should I check another URL?

Please make sure you’ve opened the Multi-Hazard Risk section of the page by clicking on the banner.
There are also charts in the Multi-hazard Exposure, Vulnerability, Coping Capacity, and Resilience sections of the page with the same issue.

I was able to see the charts you mentioned.
In the meantime, I also checked the changelog and version 3.7.2 was released in 2021. As we couldn’t replicate this issue, and it seems to be an isolated case, you can contact us on our website.
This problem doesn’t seem to affect multiple users, and we need more details to find its cause.
