I have tried searching everywhere for this one, but no luck. Any ideas?

I understand that your customers are unable to pay using the WooCommerce Square plugin, correct?

I trust that you’ve followed the support documentation to run Square smoothly, correct?

If so, can you please check if there are any patterns to these failed orders? Like, same product, same category, same location, etc?

Meanwhile, checking the site’s System Status Report, these are what I found:

Please update your WooCommerce database to match the version of your WooCommerce core by going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update Database.

Please update the WooCommerce Square plugin by going to Plugins > Installed Plugins.

After these plugins are updated, please create a test order using Square Sandbox Mode and see if the issue has been resolved.

Otherwise, please try the following steps:
- Disconnect and re-connect from Square by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Square > Connection to re-establish the connection.
- Enable logging by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Square > Enable Logging.
- Repeat the steps in creating an order and please paste the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
