WP GoToWebinar
Hi @cdango,
Thanks for your enquiry. On the main plugin settings page, please go to the “FAQ” tab and go to the question “How do I show a registration form for a single webinar?” at the bottom of this question do you see a table with your upcoming webinars with red writing for the webinar key?
If you see this, it means your are authenticated ok, therefore this issue will require further investigation. If you don’t see the table with your upcoming webinars, this is the reason the calendar is not working i.e. the plugin is not connected to GoToWebinar correctly. Therefore, try re-authenticating the plugin again by clicking the connect button on the “General Options” tab and please ensure you are an admin of the GoToWebinar account and not a lesser role.
Thanks,

Thanks for your respond.
I’ve checked the table. It is there. I can see all my webinars. That means it needs more investigation. What are the following steps?
best regards
Hi @cdango,
I have looked into this issue further. I can confirm the issue isn’t related to your data, that aspect is fine. But for some reason the calendar is not rendering. Can you try deactivating all other plugins except ours and then see if it works. Can you also please clear any caches you have.
Thank you,
