Hi @spcs16 ,
Thank you for reaching out!
I understand that, as of recently, you are experiencing issues with your order emails not being sent to customers. You have created test order emails and the order email was successfully received when sending to your business email, however, sending to other email address did not work, is this correct?
This is usually narrowed down to the email service provider (usually your web host), or the email address which you are using on your store.
For clarity, when sending test order emails, for those that were not received, were any errors identified?
Also, can you please check that the emails did not land up in the email spam folder? Using your @gmail.com, @yahoo.com or similar public domain email address will likely cause emails to land in spam folders due to mismatch between the declared sender (servers of Gmail or Yahoo) and the actual sender (your server).
I would also encourage you to check our Email FAQ which is a great resource to narrow down what could be causing this behavior.
Additionally, can you please share a copy of your sites System Status Report so that we can have a better understanding of your sites current environment. You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
Once you have this, please share the results in your response here.
Cheers!
