• Hi there, I did set up DMARC / DKIM as requested, but analysing DMARC-reports, yahoo marks my mails as “uncompliant” because m1.sendingservice.net is unaligned (SPF) and sendingservice.net is unaligned (DKIM).

    I have set these:
    mailpoet1._domainkey.**mydomain**.de in TXT dkim1.sendingservice.net
    mailpoet2._domainkey.**mydomain**.de in TXT dkim2.sendingservice.net

My Domain is shown as “verified” in MailPoet’s backend.

What can I do to get my mails accepted by yahoo?

    Best regards

    Uli

Update: Google also marked the mails as “uncompliant” because of m1.sendingservice.net and / or m2.sendingservice.net

    Hi there @ulinn,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Have you also added the TXT record as recommended here:

How to Set Up DKIM for your Sender Domain

Would you please share you website domain so we can take a look?

    Thanks!

Hi Gui, I (hope) I did everything as recommended there.

    The domain is yogayoule.de

Hey @ulinn . I checked the domain DNS records and it looks good. I then asked our devs to double-check and they confirmed the domain set up look right.

We suspect, the emails you are getting reports for were sent before sender domain was set up for his domain. Setting up a sender domain should achieve DKIM alignment.

Have you received other reports recently?

The last newsletter was sent march 13th, all “non-compliant” reports are from that day. The next newsletter will be sent in a couple of weeks.

The DMARC-Settings have been added on march 6th – one week bevor the mentionned reports.

I see. Thanks for the details!

Once you send your next newsletter, could please let us know if you will still receive these reports?
