Thank you Takayuki for answering!
I cannot access my log.
The suggestion of the spam filter doesn’t explain why I received messages just 2 weeks prior but then stopped.
Hello, I have the same problem, the contact from (which has been working for many years) has stopped working. The contact form goes green but the message is not received. I checked the email address and it is functioning normally. thank you

We use gmail/google apps for our email so I suspect I am having the same problem as in the thread above.
I use hotmail.com, and I’ve also tested with gmail.com address – nothing comes thru on either and nothing in spam folder.
I’ve done a bit of searching and it seems Google no longer likes the built in wordpress php email module. So I installed the WP Mail SMTP plugin, configured it per the (comprehensive) instructions and it works, the contact form messages are being delivered again.

@jjuddgb Thanks for doing the leg work! I got to the authorization step but got an error 403: access denied msg 🤦🏻
Hi @spiritualtravel ,
I suppose you are using your web hosting email server to for contact form notifications. If so, it is best to check with your hosting on why you are not receiving emails from your contact form out of sudden.
They may do some testing and it could be their side issue.
Of course, if you can use WP Mail SMTP plugin, then you can choose other provider to send emails other than your web hosting.
Once you found out the cause of this issue, actually it is good to have a automatic daily check on your email server. You can search for plugin ‘automatic email testing’ to help you test email server everyday.
Hope this helps!
Hi all, I’m having the same issue where my contact form has stopped working on my website. Agility.im
It’s been working for years and I’m unsure when it stopped, I’ve only found out recently. I get a notification saying there is an error and nothing sends. It seems its on Edge, Firefox and can happen on Chrome. Can anyone help?
@raytan12 Thanks very much for the ‘automatic email testing’ plugin suggestion. Great tip
