This is a new website. I changed the theme a few times to get rid of the top area that I don’t want. The text “We love to create unique, successful templates for your websites” and the timer below is not something I put in. I believe it was the default text from the Twenty twenty-two theme which I’ve since deleted. When I try to edit, it shows the content I actually did put in related to the actual site content. But when I go to the site, this old content shows up. I don’t see any place to edit it out, as it’s not part of a post or page. The current theme is Elementor, but I don’t even really care what theme I use as it’s a simple site. I just want to remove this content.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You may believe so, but you’d be 100% wrong. None of the WordPress default themes come with any such dummy content.

The text — indeed the entire header — is from the PayeLayer page builder plugin which you (or a theme you tried earlier) installed.

    The current theme is Elementor,

Elementor is a page builder plugin, just like the PageLayer plugin, and not a theme. Your current theme is Hello Elementor.

Yes, you’re right, I had to delete that plugin. Thanks.
