Hello, i have an issue in Woocomerce login page the user tries to log in, nothing happens, the page gets refreshed and the user can’t log in. How can I solve this? Thank you very much

I understand that when a user tries to log in on the front end of your site, the page is refreshed and they can’t log in to their account, is that correct?

Please can you share the following information in order for us to have a better understanding of your sites current setup:
- System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
- Fatal error log: share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
- Screenshots: navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced, and share a screenshot of the “Page setup” and “Account endpoints“
Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

Thanks for sharing the above information!

I have gone to your site, created an account, and was successfully redirected to the “My Account” page as a logged-in user.

Furthermore, I logged out and was able to log back in without any issues, as can be seen in the screenshot below:

Please could you clarify if you have managed to resolve this? If not, please can you confirm if this issue occurs for 1 user, or for a few?

If the latter, are there any similarities with the users that are not able to log in successfully (location, browsers being used, etc) ?

As per your status report, I am able to see the following:
```
WC Version: 7.4.1
WC Database Version: 6.5.1
```
It appears that the WooCommerce core version, and the WooCommerce Database version do not match.

Please could you update the WooCommerce Database version, to match the core version, in order to obtain optimal functionality.

This can be done via WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Update database.

Here is more detailed documentation on this.

Please ensure that you have a good backup of your full site and database in place before doing this update, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.

Additionally, it appears that there are theme templates that are outdated, as seen below:
```
melawell/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php version 4.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 7.0.1

melawell/woocommerce/archive-product.php
melawell/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 3.8.0 is out of date. The core version is 7.4.0
```
Please can you ensure that your theme is updated to its latest version, and also update the outdated templates, as this is more than likely causing the issue your users are experiencing, since the “My Account” log in form is quite outdated.

Here is documentation on updated outdated templates. you check that your theme is updated to its latest version.
