I just installed the app. Only administrator and author roles appear in the dashboard and email roles. Subscribers do not appear anywhere. Site uses WP Membership plugin. Thanks for your support!

Hi @metalfreek, that is correct. We have both members and subscribers in our site. We need a plug-in that can send emails to both groups. Thanks 😊

@sdonbekci the plugin you are using assigns role to users so missing Role details means there are most probably no user with that role in the system. Can you check your users (wp-admin/users.php) and see if any users have the role that is missing in the plugin. Thanks.
