Register Form Bots Attack

Hi, im using the Login | Register Form from essential addons and get every day 20-50 bots who register on the page. I installed google capcha but this did not stop them at all. Then i deleted my register form but the registration did not stop ( they used the register form from wordpress directly). So i installed there as well the capcha but did not help as well. After that i installed a plugin which they have to answer a question for to register. And this stopped the bots finnaly. My question is, if i upload again the Login | Register Form from essential addons they probabyl will start again. Is there a solution for that or is it only possible with capcha v2 / v3? I used this plugin for the question: No-Bot-Registration but i can’t set this up on the Register form from essential addons.
