Try to deactivate the counterizeii plugin and see the effect. If the plugin is causing this problem, then notify the author or you have to search for other similar plugin.

if its not listed in your plugins menu, use ftp to navigate to that directory and delete that folder

I deleted it but still having login problems for registered members
Well, at least you got rid of the error. What problem are you having?
Deactivate your plugins and see if things work.
Registered members can login but it still doesn’t allow them to post comments
