Firstly, can you please share how was the What's New section added to your site as this is not part of the core functions of WooCommerce?

I understand like you would like to show the newest products depending on the view (desktop or mobile view). Do you mean to change the number of rows and columns to show the newest products on mobile and desktop view? Please clarify.

May I ask, are you adding the newest products on your site using a third party plugin? Or custom code?
