Can I use the order search function to search product add on data collected? For example, we use product add-ons to collect business name when someone signs up for a subscription. When I search orders for a particular business name, the search doesn’t return any results.

Hi @argusnet ,

Thanks for reaching out!

Please could you clarify which Product Add-ons plugin you are using on your site?

Are you perhaps using this Product Add-ons extension?

If yes, please can you contact us directly at WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support. You will need to log in with the account used to purchase the extension.

As per the forum guidelines, no support for premium extensions is done here but we will be happy to assist you further from there 🙂

Cheers!
