Hi @kassybaevam
Thanks for reaching out!
I apologize as I quite don’t understand what is your issue here. Can you please provide further information about what you are referring to here so that we could address you more effectively?
If a screenshot would be helpful, I’d recommend using https://snipboard.io or http://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.
I sent you a GIF file because using a screenshot it will not be completely clear what I’m talking about. As you can see, when the number of added products increases, the quantity is equal to the number of products in the cart.

Hi @kassybaevam ,
Thanks for providing clarity on the issue you are facing!
I have gone to your site and was able to replicate the issue, as the quantity of an item is increased by the total number of items in the cart, per click.
This is indeed strange behavior and not one that defaults to any settings within WooCommerce core. I am also unable to reproduce this on my testing site (which uses the standard Storefront theme), as see in the screen grab here.
I’d suggest performing a full conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts that may be causing the issue.
To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.
If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.
If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.
Should the issue persist, please can you share the following:
- System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
- Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
Once you have these, please share them in your response here.
Cheers!
