Please could you clarify which Payment methods and/or Payment Gateways you are using on your site, as it isn’t immediately clear on your checkout page due to this notice being displayed?

I trust that you’ve followed the support documentation in setting up the plugin correctly, right?
If so, can you please navigate under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal > Manage > Standard Payments that this feature is enabled?
If yes, provide the fatal error logs (if any) under
