I created a couple of subscription forms months ago that have been working fine. Today, I noticed that the form was not showing on my web page. When I went to the MailPoet form editor and opened one of the forms, it’s now completely blank. Everything that was there is gone. I have 3 forms, and two of them are now blank. My versions are:

MailPoet Free version: 4.7.1
MailPoet Premium version: 4.7.0

Can you try re-installing the MailPoet plugin by following this guide: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/258-re-installing-updating-the-plugin-via-ftp to see if it helps.

Sorry, I got sidetracked on other things. I ended up recreating the forms and deleting the blank ones, but if it happens again, I’ll try your suggestion.
