Tags to post plugin

Hello to you all.
i am looking for a tag plugin, thet tag’s directly to specified post acording to the post title.
For exemple:
If i”l have post that his title will be “juventus”, i want thet every time that the word “juventus” will be in other post’s content, will be a link directly “juventus” page.

I only found tags that apears only in the bottom of the post, and lead to a tag’s page and directly to post.
