    Hi,

    Hoping you can help.

I’d like to start using MailPoet, as the Newsletter we’d been using previously isn’t supported anymore, and we need one that will send to specific roles (which I believe MailPoet can do).

However, after activating, I am redirected to my 404 page, and Admin dashboard is inaccessible.

I have tried to troubleshoot as directed on your website by downloading Health Check and Troubleshooter, but for whatever reason, MailPoet is not listed in the plugins to activate in the troubleshooter, and “troubleshoot” is oddly left out as an option next to the Plugin in the Plugin menu.

Any idea what might be going on?

    Thanks for any assistance,
    Matthew

    Hi there @mlavanish 👋🏽!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

Mhhh that’s odd there’s no MailPoet 7.4.0 we are still a few versions below that.

Can you please download it from https://wordpress.org/plugin/mailpoet/ and see if works?

If that doesn’t work, your hosting support should be able to check the PHP logs and shed some light on the issue.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Cheers!

So sorry. I meant Mailpoet 4.7.1. I must have confused it with PHP.

I’ll try downloading again from the link and installing manually and see what happens.

Thanks for the suggestion. I ended up reinstalling and having the same problem. Enabled wordpress debug logs and voila. I was exceeding php allowed memory size. Bumped up php memory to 256MB and all good. Thanks for letting me waste your time, lol. Hopefully next time I’ll have a real question for you. 🙂
