Hi,

I have a Constant Contact Contact Form in my website’s footer. When I submit an email to be added to the list, it does not go through. I have successfully logged into Contant Contact and synched the plugin. If I use Constant Contact’s form, the email is received and added to the list. Please help.

Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?

it is in the footer. Bottom right.

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

Hi, I have the plugins – Advanced Custom Fields PRO , Classic Editor , Clean Head , Coming Soon Page, Maintenance Mode, Landing Pages & WordPress Website Builder by SeedProd , Custom Post Type UI, Footer Shortcodes, Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights , Widget CSS Classes , and WP Social Sharing.

The theme is a custom theme.

The Constant Contact plugin does work on it’s own, but the footer is coded with CF7.

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Classic Editor, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
