Stripe Payment Timeouts

    A client site uses stripe as their payment provider through the plugin. When a customer places an order, the payment times out, although the payment has gone through, leading to the client issuing refunds for duplicate payments. The debug log shows the following: 2023-01-23T11:44:05+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: int * string in……/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/includes/payment-methods/class-wc-stripe-payment-request.php:1267

    Hello @viridiancross,

    This forum is for the WooCommerce Payment plugin and if I understand your request correctly, the plugin in question here is Stripe.

    I will kindly ask you to post about this in the Stripe plugin forum, also please make sure to include the following in the new post.

    – A copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    – Any fatal or Stripe error logs found in WooCommerce > Status > Logs (drop-down menu).
