requested URL /wp-admin/install.php was not found on this server.

This has been asked before, but there’s no answer posted. I get this message when I try to run the install.php – “The requested URL/wp-admin/install.php was not found on this server.” I think I’ve uploaded all the files and I’ve checked the config.php. Any ideas? I am very new at all this.
