Can you check if the plugin is active? Where are you trying to render the shortcode in a widget?
haha of course it is active, i also unactivated and reactivated. the shortcode is on a page the page displays the shortcode

Hi – I am having the same issue. WP recently updated and the playlist was working. I installed a new plugin and got some errors so I deactivated and removed that plugin and now shortcode for AI playlist is what displays. I have deactivated and reactivated the Audioigniter plugin but no change.

Please check for plugin conflicts first https://www.cssigniter.com/kb/checking-for-plugin-conflicts/ (all plugins you have).
Also, I would suggest as per this forum rules to open a new thread instead here https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/audioigniter/ since this is a totally different scenario. Please let’s continue there. I will be closing this one.
