We are getting javascript errors when using wp rocket

apbct-public-bundle.min.js?ver=6.4:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: ctPublicFunctions is not defined
at apbct-public-bundle.min.js?ver=6.4:1:20661
(anonymous) @ apbct-public-bundle.min.js?ver=6.4:1

APBCT ERROR: apbctLocalStorage object is not loaded.

We assume that this issue occurs because you added our scripts to exclusion.
If you have them, please remove our scripts from the exclusion.
Then clear the WPRocket cache.

thx, checked cleantalk scripts are NOT excluded in wprocket…

Updated to the last cleantalk and wp rocket version.

Issue still persist

We’ve made some fixes. All the changes will be included in the next stable release.

Please, reinstall the plugin. ( Download link: https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/dev-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip )

Here is a guide for you:
1. Go to WordPress Administrator Panel —> Plugins.
2. Find the plugin “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> Deactivate.
3. After the automatic page refreshing find the plugin again “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> Delete. Confirm “Yes, delete these files”.
4. Download the plugin archive from the link above.
5. Go to Plugins —> Add New —> Upload Plugin.
6. Choose the downloaded archive and press “Install Now”.

deinstalled cleantalk and installed the dev version, cleared all caches, but i get still the same error …

I fixed the error by setting the Set Cookies to Yes. It was set to no.

Hi,

i checked on 2 websites, and the Set Cookies Option is Set to On in my case. Switch to Off and On again, no difference still the error..

@dimitrycleantalk

If Cookies Set to Off, should it not also work without getting this error?

This is a very strange issue. This issue should disappear with the dev version. And should not depend on the choice of the cookie option.

We’ve found that if the lazy-load option WPRocket option is used then you should add data-pagespeed-no-defer to Delay JavaScript execution in WPRocket.

WP Admin Dashboard -> Settings -> WP Rocket -> File Optimization-> JavaScript Files -> Delay JavaScript execution -> Excluded JavaScript files
