Your PRO support system is broken, can’t go further than the Get Support. It’s a frustration so I just left that site.

The form works. Please select Pre-sale Question if you do not have an account or log in to select the product (subscription) that the question applies to.

It was broken, the CSS of the website was not loading and I was seeing JS error on the frontend.
Contact Form seems to be fixed now. In your PRO version there is File Upload field but customers can’t upload all the files at once instead they have to manually upload one by one.
