Hello,

We want to change the product name using a filter throughout the shop. Currently we are using woocommerce_product_title and woocommerce_cart_item_name.

When a product is being added to the cart a notice appears: ‘Product has been added to the shopping cart’. In this notice the above filters aren’t applied. Which filter (where we have access to the product object or ID) can we use for this? And are there any other filters we should use?

Hi Igor,

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately these articles don’t help me any further. I would like to know how to change the ‘Product has been added to cart’ notice. In this notice the ‘product’ part is actually the name of the product. Like mentioned we are using 2 filters to change the productname, but these two filters aren’t being used in this notice.

You can work with this hook wc_add_to_cart_message to change the notice.
