Sub site dashboard major issue

    Hello,

    In the admin panel, when I try to access the dashboard of a second site, I am direced to a page that claims that

    “No Upgrade Required

    Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!”

    The continue button takes me to the site.

    Therefore, I cannot manage the second site..

    PLease help
