can you share a screenshot of the menu “Marketing > Pinterest” of the 3 tabs?
Also could you share with us your Pinterest Event History page (On Pinterest account)?
You can find it under Ads > Conversions > Event history
Send us a screenshot filtered by 7 days and only Add to Cart and Checkout events.
Please expand Event Type details
It must look something like this:

I have checked but there seems to be a problem with the tag on pinterest. I do not have the event history tab. It says I can continue with tag configuration.
In wordpress, I have checked but the plugin seemed disconnected to the account. So I went and made a new connection.
