UCSS Inline or Load CSS Asynchronously

Good afternoon,

Regarding the CSS settings, I would like to ask 2 questions please.

Question 1

If UCSS Inline is enabled, the Load CSS Asynchronously setting is ignored and assumed to be OFF.

What would provide the best user experience?
1. Generate UCSS > UCSS Inline enabled
2. Generate UCSS > UCSS Inline disabled > Load CSS Asynchronously

Question 2

For the LSCache plugin to work best, should both of these 2 Astra theme settings be enabled?

(I think Load Google Fonts Locally might be OK for the plugin? But maybe Preload Local Fonts could interfere?)
