Can't login

Yesterday I downloaded some plug ins and today I am not able to login my wordpress blog. In reality there is no login screen for username and password just a message : “wpCAS plugin not configured”. I really do hope you can help me with that. Please, I am not savvy in programming, if you can point me somewhere with step-by-step instruction. My blog URL:www.seosemva.com
