Filter Everything not working with SmoothState.js

So, I’ve run into as a little issue. I have a site that is using SmoothState.js, which loads pages smoothly using AJAX. My issue is that my Filter Everything filter only works if you load / refresh the page (“BLOG”) that the filter is on. However, when I navigate to the BLOG from another page, the filter no longer works.

Apparently, this is a common issue with SmoothState.js, as you need to re-initialise plugins when you enter a new page within the SmoothState.js onAfter function.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Is there a specific FilterEverything function I can call within SmoothState.js onAfter function?
