Mail poet 2 export not working

    Hi,

    I have to switch from MailPoet 2 to the new version.

    I have a problem with the subscriber export function.

    When i press the export button the service open for 1 second a new tab and then close it but the download no start.

    How can i solve this problem?

    There any other solution for export my subscribers and then import them in the new versione.

    Hi there @gdsystem,

    I just double checked on my personal site, and with the Subscriber export from MailPoet 2, I saw that a tab popped up for a second, and then I saw the export file appear in the downloads tab of my browser. There was also a link here to download the file:

    If you have a pop-up blocker or security extension in your browser, that might prevent the new tab from opening correctly and triggering the download. I’d recommend testing in a different browser / device to see if that makes a difference, or in an Incognito/Private browser window.

    That said, please note that MailPoet 2 is completely retired and no longer being supported.

    If you are unable to use the export tool, then you would need to access your database directly and get the list of emails from the _wysija_user table.
