Sidebar Sinks to the bottom: Using WP Basic Theme

    I’m unsure of the version WordPress I’m using…looks like 2.0.4?
    I’m using the WP default 1.6 theme.

    Regardless, the Links sidebar which at one time was at the top of the page, is now on the bottom…where it is quite useless. How do I get it back up to the top?
