I cleared my cache and it’s still showing up… is there something else I need to do?
Did you clear both server cache and browser cache? Clear both of those caches and check once.
I’m a bit of a novice here with that… I did clear my browser and then researched how to clear the server cache after your recommendation. To ensure I understand, when you reference server cache, are you referencing when you go into the cmd prompt from your start menu?
It depends on which hosting are you using. If you are using hosting services like Kinsta, WP Engine, Siteground, etc they provide cache clear option in their dashboard. Try to check it with the hosting company you are using.
