I am trying to set up a donation page on my WordPress site but the form only shows the pre-loader and then goes blank. I saw a few other people had this issue but the replies weren’t clear to me. (One mentioned the iframe code but I don’t know how to access this.) What can I do?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi, @jesseffacns.

Glad you reached out. I can help you fix your donation forms.

From what I saw, you are using a plain permalink structure. Can you switch it to post name, for example, and see if it works?

You can switch it under Settings > Permalinks > Post name.

if it doesn’t fix the issue, please send along your System Info.

Navigate to Donations –> Tools –> System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.

That will give me some more context to be able to help.

Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this!
